Application in Tractors

Engine part: The crankshaft bearing is one of the key components of the engine. It needs to work stably in harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, and high-speed rotation, and withstand enormous radial and axial forces. For example, using high-strength cylindrical roller bearings or tapered roller bearings ensures smooth operation of the crankshaft, reducing friction and energy losses. Camshaft bearings are equally crucial. It ensures precise control of valve opening and closing time by the camshaft, and its accuracy and reliability directly affect the performance of the engine. Generally, high-precision sliding bearings or rolling bearings are used to adapt to the complex motion trajectory and constantly changing loads of the camshaft.

Transmission system: The gearbox is a key component for tractors to achieve different speeds and torque outputs, with the gear shaft bearings playing a crucial role. These bearings need to withstand large torque and impact loads, while also ensuring accurate meshing of gears. For example, using tapered roller bearings or self-aligning roller bearings with high load-bearing capacity ensures stable operation and long service life of the gearbox. The transmission shaft bearings connect different components of the tractor and transmit power. They need to have good anti torsion performance and high-speed rotation ability, usually using cross axis universal joint bearings or specialized transmission shaft bearings to adapt to the complex movements of tractors in different terrains and working conditions.

Walking system: The wheel bearings support the weight of the tractor and withstand various impacts and vibrations during operation. These bearings need to have high wear resistance and sealing to prevent dust, soil, and moisture from entering. For example, using deep groove ball bearings or tapered roller bearings with dust covers and seals to ensure smooth rotation and long-term reliable operation of the wheels. The track drive wheels and support wheels of tracked tractors also require specialized bearings. These bearings need to work under heavy loads and harsh ground conditions, with special structures and materials to ensure the reliability and durability of the track system.

Application in Harvesters

Cutting part: The cutter is a key working component of the harvester, and its high-speed rotation requires reliable bearing support. For example, using high-speed precision bearings ensures the stability and accuracy of cutting blades during high-speed operation, ensuring harvesting quality and efficiency. The bearings in the transmission mechanism transmit power from the engine to the cutter, requiring a certain amount of torque and impact load. Use roller bearings with good impact resistance or specially designed transmission bearings to ensure the normal operation of the cutter.

Conveyor section: The driving and supporting parts of the conveyor chain or belt require a large number of bearings. These bearings need to operate continuously and in an environment with a certain amount of friction, with good wear resistance and low noise characteristics. For example, using roller bearings or sliding bearings with special lubrication structures to ensure the smooth operation of the conveying system. The steering and tensioning devices in the conveying system also rely on the function of bearings. These bearings need to have good flexibility and adjustment performance to adapt to different conveying conditions and material characteristics.

Threshing and Separation Section: The rotation of the threshing drum and separation screen requires high-performance bearing support. These bearings need to work under high load and high-speed rotation conditions, while also withstanding the impact and friction of grains. For example, using cylindrical roller bearings or self-aligning roller bearings with high load-bearing capacity ensures efficient threshing and separation processes. The connection between gears and shafts in the transmission system also requires reliable bearings. These bearings need to ensure accurate meshing and power transmission of gears, with high precision and stability.

Application in seeders and fertilizing machines

Seed and fertilizer discharge parts: The seed and fertilizer discharge devices of seeders and fertilizing machines require precise control of the discharge speed and amount of seeds and fertilizers, and the key components are various small bearings. For example, using micro rolling bearings or special structured sliding bearings to ensure accurate operation of seeding and fertilizing devices, achieving uniform sowing and fertilization. The bearings in the transmission mechanism transmit power from the driving part to the seeding and fertilizing devices, requiring good synchronization and stability. Adopting precision synchronous belt wheel bearings or chain drive bearings to ensure the accuracy and reliability of sowing and fertilization.

Selection and maintenance points of bearings

Selection principle: Choose the appropriate bearing type based on the working characteristics and requirements of agricultural machinery. For example, roller bearings should be selected for parts with heavy loads and high impact loads; For high-speed rotating parts, ball bearings or high-precision roller bearings should be selected. Considering the working environment of agricultural machinery, such as humidity, dust, and corrosiveness, choose bearings with corresponding protective properties. For example, using bearings with sealed structures to prevent moisture, dust, and impurities from entering the interior of the bearings; Choose corrosion-resistant bearing materials to adapt to special working environments. Select the appropriate bearing size and shape based on the installation space and structural requirements of agricultural machinery. For example, for parts with limited space, small-sized or ultra-thin bearings should be selected; For parts that require significant axial force, bearings with high axial load-bearing capacity should be selected.

Maintenance measures: Regularly check the operating status of bearings, including temperature, noise, vibration, etc. By monitoring these parameters, abnormal conditions of the bearings, such as overheating, abnormal noise, or excessive vibration, can be detected in a timely manner, and corresponding measures can be taken for maintenance or replacement. Keep the bearings clean and lubricated. Regularly clean the bearings, remove surface dirt and impurities, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease. During the operation of agricultural machinery, bearings are prone to contamination due to harsh environments. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the protection and sealing of bearings to prevent pollutants from entering the interior of the bearings. For damaged bearings, they should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing bearings, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure installation quality and accuracy. At the same time, relevant components should be inspected and maintained to ensure the normal operation of the entire agricultural machinery.
